I use PHP 4.0.6 with Apache on windows XP and the functions socket_set_blocking/set_socket_blocking
does not work at all with the false (or 0) second parameter. I would like to know if this bug is
corrected on the last version. I see reports about the bug but nothing about the correction. Best
