If you want to put a "Last Updated on" on your page, try this:
$s = filectime("/var/www/html/test.php");
$chg = date("F j, Y", $s);
echo("Updated on " . $chg . "\n");
the $chg = ... is the line that changes the filectime to a normal, readable date. Try looking at the
date function to customize this.
