note 35063 added to function.gd-info

Hi! I had problems getting my php installation to accept GD.. My platform is Win32. All the guidelines told me to put the php.ini to the system32 folder... (Or the php folder root) I tried to find the bug for 12 hours. Then I had a wierd idea.. I made a phpinfo.php (<? phpinfo(); ?>) and looked the for reasons why my GD wasn't loading... Then I found line that stated that my php.ini folder was C:\WINNT not C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32... I moved the php.ini to the right folder this time :) Then, when I rebooted the apache, It gave an error stating that the extension folder was wrong... I fixed the typo (C;\PHP :) and there! It was working... P.S.
