Some newer versions of Netscape have trouble getting URL encoded query strings. I use the following
example to force PHP to retrieve the values--
URL: http://www.foo.com/test.php?var1=Hello&var2=World
================================
<?
$var1 = urldecode($var1);
$var2 = urldecode($var2);
// test the output
echo "$var1 $var2";
// prints on the screen "HELLO WORLD"
?>
