Well, this won't solve all "headers already sent" problems, but it will solve some of
them.
If you're including some php files that don't output ANYTHING, but then you're still
getting the "headers already sent" error when you're trying to redirect, or send
headers, check all of your includes.
Make sure you don't have any extra line breaks OUTSIDE of your php open and close tags. Even
one extra line-break after a closing PHP tag will be interpreted as output, and will cause the
headers to be sent. Thanks to my hacker associate Ben for sniffing this one out.
