note 35304 added to ref.gettext

Check your /etc/locales.aliases for "english en_GB.ISO-8859-1" (mentioned before) and your /etc/locales.gen for en_GB.ISO-8859-15 ISO-8859-15 I'm not sure if only this entry solved the problem. In my case this entry was made by an dpkg-reconfigure locales (debian), where i created the locales.
