note 8786 added to filectime

re: date creation issue On my Redhat6.2 box (php3), even when run through the date() function as suggested, filectime returns the last change, not the date of creation. This is expected, since that's what the docs say, but I still can't figure out how to get the time the file was created. :( http://www.php.net/manual/function.filectime.php
