If Openlink -> MS Access Database fails and gives "Driver Not Capable" error or
"No tuples available" warning, use the SQL_CUR_USE_ODBC cursor when using
odbc_connect()...
Note: Openlink-> MSAccess can use odbc_exec() which is less cumbersome than odbc_prepare and
odbc_execute.
