note 35350 added to faq.installation

I've installed PHP 4.3.3 on my WinXP and am using OmniHTTPD. I've tweaked php.ini and got PHP to start but when I want to run a script that requires the GD extension PHP throws up a ton of alert boxes and produces this error: 'C:\php\extensions\php_openssl.dll' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0 PHP Warning: Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library I've already set the extensions dir in php.ini and even though these files are present in the extensions dir why does php report that it cant find them?
