For some reason this:
echo juliantojd(8,28,2003);
gives me: 2452893
which is the the JD for 9/10/2003, the correct JD for 8/28/2003 is 2452880
if I do this:
echo (juliantojd(8,28,2003)-13);
I get the right day, but why is that? Everything seems to be off by 13.
