this strange note...

Hi, I found this strange note today... http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.localeconv.php it's the note that doesn't contain anything... the notes system is not working so I couldn't delete it. but while looking closer at that note.. the date is: 01-Jan-1970 01:00 then I looked at the source of that page... the place where that note is located only contains some encoded text or something. I don't know how that note got there.. but I can never delete it since I can't find the number of that note I tried some things to find it, but it didn't work :( Since the notes system is not working now i won't bug system@ with this. Only post it as a reminder - Vincent
