I can confirm the servers speed. Two of browsers died right away after
being fed with the link :)
It's an infinite loop caused by a bad fopen(). It has been fixed by Goba this morning.
But anyways thanks for it, i'll go find and read the HOWTO and then take
care of that note.

You have karma. you just need to sign in with http://master.php.net/manage/users.php , you'll receive a cookie that will allow you to see the moderation links while browsing the online manual. Please read the HOWTO before taking any action.
Btw, master.php.net seems down (or really slow) from france.
It's spam. I don't know the process how a user-mail gets a note, but
this is definetly _not_ usefull to anyone and shouldn't have been
posted.
