I have a problem using mail() function.
my environment is Win NT 4.0, php 4.02.
IIS 4.0. in pHP, I set SMTP to the SMTP IP of my ISP. when use mail function, it can send mails to
my hotmail account, but can not send to other regular email account, both hotmail and regular email
account also have this error message "Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds
exceeded "
what is the problem? how can I solve it?
