Note that escape sequences (including newline) are _not_ expanded inside of single quotes (ref: http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.types.string.php
)
_don't_ use:
$msgText = ereg_replace('\r\n', '', $this->info['message']);
use this:
$msgText = ereg_replace("\r\n", "", $this->info['message']);
