I understand the difference between "r" and "r+":
Without the "+" after the "r", a following "fwrite()" is ignored.
But can someone really explain precisely the difference between :
$file=fopen("file.htm","a") and $file=fopen("file.htm","a+")
...without repeating allways the same stuff ("a"=Open for writing only;
..."a+"=Open for reading and writing;...)
In both cases, one can read and write !!! So where is the difference ?
The same question concerns "w" and "w+".
Thank you for any concise help.
Romuald.
