I made a test and i saw that
mktime(4,14,7,1,19,2038) = 2147483647
which is the highest returned value.
Arguments inside mktime() function are the highest that we can use.
-1 will be returned if we use grater values of arguments.
2147483647 should be the max value of integer type(i can't remeber now).
For now this isn't such a big problem but in 2038 we'll see :)
Till then, the return type should be changed to a longer on
:)
