It seems like strtotime adds some missing parts to the string given. I thought that it'd be
nice way to convert times (from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59) to seconds but no. When I gave some timestring
to strtotime then it returned me smth like "08/14/2000 10:00:00" (timestamp converted by
strftime).
