...About the 'Unable to fork' issue.
If anyone has this problem on an IIS server, you can put a copy of 'cmd.exe' (in the
windows/system32 folder) into the folder you are executing the 'exec ()' command in.
Although this isnt really a solution it does work. If anyone can correct me do, but I believe a
better method would be to set permissions to use the cmd.exe file - but Im unsure on how to-do
this!
