If you get a message like this:
"couldn't load module /php_root_dir/sapi/php4apache2.dll" when starting Apache2 and
the php4ts.dll is already in /php_root_dir/sapi/, copy "iconv.dll" form /php_root_dir/dlls
either to your %systemroot%, to your %systemroot%/system32, to your %systemroot%/system or to your
/php_root_dir/
