Well, of course Windows is limited to ~32Kwhen generating random numbers... it's called an s16
value, boys and girls.
Sixteen bits: 2^15 = ~32K, and the last bit is a signed bit.
The easy solution? Write a lingual extension to PHP (that's why they provide source code,
guys), or install Linux.
