Be careful when using command date with the
instruction [timestamp] it is submitted in
Greenwich format.
Thus if you will transfer time between several time
zones it will correspond to time in the given time zone.
As an example try:
date ('d-m-Y H:i:s', 0);
it will return 01-01-1970 02:00:00 or something like that
depending on your timezone.
