note 35959 added to function.imap-fetchbody

Hello, I have a problem. Maybe you guys can help me. I have a php forum. And now i want to add something. Everybody can send a photo + text with his mobile phone to my email adres. Now i only want to display the photo(Attachement) and the text of every email. Can somebody give me the code for this?
