11-Apr-2003 03:26 (i'm glad i didn't waste time wondering why setcookie stopped working
when i switched from apache)
to get around that iis problem, i changed from
Header("Location: $WEB_ROOT/index.php");
to
header("Refresh: 0; URL=$WEB_ROOT/index.php");
worked like a charm.
