I don't think it is a bug that rename() overwrites existing destination file, because sometimes
that is just what we want to do. Maybe in the future version it would be better to add a parameter
to rename() that indicates whether we want to overwrite or not. PHP don't have function to move
file, but of course that can be done with copy() and delete().
