note 36192 added to install.apache2

After following the steps provided below, I assume that everything is working correctly. I have installed Apache 2.0.47 and PHP 5.0.0 Beta 1 on my home Windows XP Pro SP1 computer to test scripts, but Dreamweaver MX currently has .PHP assosciations. How can I rectify this problem by removing access by Dreamweaver? I tried through Windows but IE/Opera just tries to open it as a text file.
