It seems as if passing PREG_OFFSET_CAPTURE alone as parameter 4 causes the error "Warning:
Wrong value for parameter 4 in call to preg_match_all()" . If you instead pass
PREG_OFFSET_CAPTURE | PREG_PATTERN_ORDER as the fourth paramter, you will no longer get an error.
(At least on 4.3.0)
