I think that ImageCopyResampled is a must for resizing an image. So because SrcY and SrcX are
ignored in GD 2, I just made workable function which is called ImageCopyResampled2. (dont't
have the copy here) It uses ImageCopy func. to get the SrcY and SrcX coord. Altogether it took up
about 10 lines.
