Maybe it could be made a little clearer here what "fetch all result rows before sending a new
query" means.
a) do I have to fetch all rows (even if my script does not need them)?
b) does it mean that the database's current result set is overwritten by a new query?
If a) should be true -which I personally do not believe- there should be a way of invalidating the
result set without having to fetch all rows.
Can someone of you PHP guys please also make a statement about how the unbuffered query behaves in a
scenario with multiple database connections, especially when using pconnect?
Including the above informations in this manual page will surely encourage many users to use this
seemingly very useful feature.
