note 36342 added to ref.mssql

SQLServer 2000 (win2k) and PHP 4.3.3 + FreeTDS 0.61.1 (SuSE 7.3) I coulnd't connect to SQLServer 2000 after compiling PHP 4.3.3 with FreeTDS 0.61. But I had in the same machine PHP 4.2.3 + FreeTDS 0.61 and it was working fine.
