You may also use static class methods as the 'function names' for
session_set_save_handler(), as in:
<?php
session_set_save_handler(
array("SessionHandler", "open"),
array("SessionHandler", "close"),
array("SessionHandler", "read"),
array("SessionHandler", "write"),
array("SessionHandler", "destroy"),
array("SessionHandler", "gc")
);
?>
Anyway, just a little note that this is also possible.
