note 36442 added to function.mssql-connect

Tryed to create the mod_mssql.so doing phpize, but the RH9 distro do not have the mssql extensions on the php_devel rpm (why?). You must install the full source (4.2.2 - 11MB?) from them or get the new from the php dot net mirrors.
