Jeff and dir forgot something in their code :
Note: Each line in the resulting array will include the line ending, so you still need to use trim()
if you do not want the line ending present.
In dir's functions, replace implode('\n', ... by implode('', ... and
remember that you have to add the \n on each field of the array (better to use the same behaviour as
file())
