My server uses SCACEK for (international?) encoding, and the flush() dont work properly. SCACEK
caches the script's output (because of parsing the html) and flush was ignored.
So I must to switch off this by using .htaccess
CsacekEngine Off
So if flush() don't work for you, try to find if there is not running any other html parser
that can cache output.
