I hope everyone realizes that doing your own slashing while using register_global variables means
you have to re-import those globals with import_request_variables('GPC'); and/or
extract($_REQUEST); after slashing. Otherwise the clever slashing routine has been useless and the
script is wide open for SQL-injection and friends.
