ODBC acts a bit strange sometimes. It isn´t 100% sure that code written for one database works with
another DB as good.
To be informed about failed DB-actions I try to catch all errors in the php-script, but I can only
catch those errors I can imagine to happen here.
To prevent things going wrong without noticing it, I add the content of odbc_errormsg($conn) to the
suxess/failure message.
The problem with this is that the last error can be long ago and it will still be displayed.
It would be cool, if the function had a switch to select if I want the last error or the error of
the last DB-access.
