In the PHP 4.3 Windows MSI release does not have the php_exif.dll.
You do not need to reinstall the Zip packedge, just download the zip file and extract it to a temp
dir. Copy the extensions\php_exif.dll file to the directory where you php.exe file is located and
uncoment the line that looks like this:
;extension=php_exif.dll
in your php.ini-file by deleting the ";" at the begining of the line.
