----
In PHP versions prior to 4.3.0, the handling of 'next' was wrong: when executed on Sunday,
'next Tuesday' would yield a date two days from now, whereas officially it should have
been 9 days from today (see 2nd link below). This was fixed in 4.3.0, where one should use
'Tuesday' to get the date two days from this Sunday, 'next Tuesday' for 9 days
in the future, or 'third Tuesday' for 16 days after today, and so on.
