There is a problem when getting data from $_GET or $_POST: when receiving parameters from a list
box, if more than one element was selected you will only get the last one, because $_GET and $_POST
are associative arrays. To handle the problem you must decode $_SERVER[ 'QUERY_STRING' ],
which means you are confined to using GET in forms. It would be nice if this problem could be solved
by having $_GET and $_POST have array values, such as: $_POST[ 'param' ] = array(
'value 1', value 2', ... 'value n' );
