It seems that parsing cookies from HTTP headers into $_COOKIE associative array is incorrect.
According to RFC2109/RFC2616 in header such as "Cookie: test=2+2", the plus sign stands
for a valid character, it's not considered as separator or CTL character (RFC2616, 2.2 Basic
Rules).
However, in $_COOKIE['test'] will contain "2 2" as the result.
