getmailboxes is there in 3.0.15, but the attribute returned is always LATT_NOSELECT. On the
particular list of mailboxes I'm testing on, this should never come up, and LATT_NOINFERIORS
doesn't come up for mailboxes that don't have children. I'll submit a bug report
after I do a little more testing to ensure I'm not doing anything wrong.
