I was under the impression that PHP 4.3.x would have the GD libraries necessary for the image
functions... However, my OS X 10.3 (Panther) has PHP 4.3.2 but no GD.
What's the best way to get the GD libraries and the image functions for OS X and still have a
relatively normal out-of-box configuration?
