Important hint:
The buffered content is not affected by transparent session handling. Transparent session handling
not applied until you output the buffered content (via ob_end_flush() or for example by echoing the
content obtained by ob_get_contents() by yourself)
That means you can implement a caching algorithm, and dont have to be worried of cached session ids
(which would cause the problem of session takeovers)
Beware: in some cases, you have to append sessionname and sessionid to some urls by yourself (mostly
in javascript statements). these get cached! if you need such constructions, you have to refine your
transparent caching algorithm.
