There is a bug in Rolf note (first note for posix_getpwuid):
all files will be owned by root since he wrote $fileownerid while
the real variable name is $fileowneruid.
$fileowneruid=fileowner($startscript);
$fileownerarray=posix_getpwuid($fileowneruid);
$fileowner=$fileownerarray['name'];
