MS SQL Server (MSSQL) php_mssql.dll
After you have tried everything to achieve mssql connectivity, check the file sizes of the
following:
php_mssql.dll = ~40k
ntwdblib.dll = ~273k
I tried to set this up on a Win2K Server for two days... using a php_mssql.dll file that was zero k.
