While using ImageTTFText dont include ".ttf" for the ttf font that you are trying to us..
So
ImageTTFText ($image, 20, 0, 10, 20, $text_color, "arialbd", "Hello World");
Works, while
ImageTTFText ($image, 20, 0, 10, 20, $text_color, "arialbd.ttf", "Hello World");
Generates errors
