hi!!! i have a problem with showing the result set from multiple tables.. i'm currently working with paradox database.. anyway, it's not really an issue coz i've tried doing the same query in an ODBC connection i made within Borland's Database Explorer and the query did work.. problem is it won't work within the PHP codes i made.. no results were shown when i execute the query on the browser. please help in how i can generate the result. Below is the actual query i made: $connectionstring = odbc_connect ("pdx_db", "sam", "iSsTi"); $query = "Select ea.Date, ea.AttendanceType, ea.TimeIn, ea.TimeOut, ea.DateOut, cl.Description FROM EmployeeAttendance_3020221 ea, CodeLookups cl WHERE cl.TypeName='ATTD' AND cl.Code=ea.AttendanceType"; //execute query $queryexe = odbc_do($connectionstring, $query); //query database while(odbc_fetch_row($queryexe)) { $Date = odbc_result($queryexe, Date); $AttendanceType = odbc_result($queryexe, AttendanceType); $TimeIn = odbc_result($queryexe, TimeIn); $TimeOut = odbc_result($queryexe, TimeOut); $DateOut = odbc_result($queryexe, DateOut); $Description = odbc_result($queryexe, Description); echo "$Date, $AttendanceType, $TimeIn, $TimeOut, $DateOut, Description"; } Help please... thanks. sam@netfuze.com ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.odbc-result.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+37310 Delete -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+37310&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+37310&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
