I got the wrong width on an animated gif. The size was correct, but width was 20 pixels less than it
should be.
By using getimagesize() I got correct results:
$image=getimagesize($file_name);
$x = $image[0];
$y = $image[1];
where $x and $y will give you the width and hight!
