If you are getting "Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection" when trying to
connect to SQL Server 2000 or MSDE on a foreign computer and you have allready set SQL
Authentication to Windows and SQL Authentication, then try going to Control Panel->Administrative
Tools->Local Security Policy->Local Policies->Security Options and enable both Network
access: Let Everyone permissions apply to anonymous users AND Network access: allow anonymous
SID/Name translation. This should stop the error and allow you to use the server.
This was tested on Windows XP Profesional running MSDE.
