note 37601 added to faq.build

Hi, I just tried to compile PHP 4.3.4 with GD support. I have read instruction and followed exactly however the --with-gd seems to be ignored. On completion of the configure phase the install notes say that GD is not enabled. If anyone can suggest what I can do to rectify this that would be excellent. I am using a cobalt raq4 with apache.
