note 37704 rejected from install.iis by vincent

Note Submitter: wknit@yahoo.com ---- Since this is the IIS/PWS area and all I have really seen here is in regards to IIS or PWS on NT, I have need to get some info on PWS on Win98. I have been through all the help files, FAQS, docs, webpages, etc for the last three days trying to get PHP to run on PWS/Win98... all to no avail. The correct registry settings are in (though intially incorrect). Is there anyone out there that has this configuration working? I saw reference to issues if one had incorrectly configured the first time but this is a Win98 machine and there is no "Internet Service Manager" for PWS/W98. I like the ASP support and have successfully configured Perl/CGI to run Perl scripts with no problem. MySQL appears to be fine as well, the only component missing is PHP. I have run Badblue with PHP in an instant with no problems on the same machine. If you don't know of anyone running this config, maybe you can direct me to someplace that may be able to help?
